How often should I change my HVAC filters?

Changing out your HVAC filters usually depends on your home and if you have pets. The best way is to check your filters after 30 days. If they seem dirty or discolored, change them. If not wait 60 days, but always change them again before 90 days.

Why do I smell a burning smell coming from my vents?

If your heat hasn't been running lately, then the smell you are smelling is dust particles burning off of your heat exchanger or electric heat kit. This poses no harm to you and should dissipate within minutes. If this smell lasts for longer than 15 minutes or becomes stronger, turn off your system and give us a call.
